Our service
newspaperinsertions.com, operated by The Mediaverse, provides newspaper insertion advertising services across Indian cities: printing your flyers, leaflets, or brochures and inserting them into selected daily newspapers for delivery with the morning paper.
Quotes, pricing, and minimum order
Published starting rates (A5 from ₹1.20, A4 from ₹1.50, A2 from ₹2 per copy) include printing, insertion, and transportation to the newspaper plant. GST is charged extra. The minimum order is 50,000 copies per city. Final pricing is confirmed in your written quotation, which prevails over indicative rates on the website. Campaigns are scheduled after the commercial terms in the quotation are accepted.
Artwork and content responsibility
You are responsible for the content of your advertisement. Artwork must comply with Indian law and newspaper publisher guidelines — including election-period rules for political material, which requires Election Commission pre-certification during the Model Code of Conduct. We may decline material that is unlawful, misleading, or rejected by a publisher. You retain ownership of your artwork and grant us the rights needed to print and distribute it.
Scheduling and delivery
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from artwork approval to insertion, subject to newspaper plant schedules and seasonal capacity. Insertion dates can shift due to circumstances at the publisher or events outside our control; we communicate changes as soon as we know of them and reschedule at no extra cost when a confirmed insertion is missed for reasons on our side.
Reporting
Campaigns include a distribution report with zone-wise counts and photographs from distribution points. Reports document distribution of the inserts; like all advertising, we cannot guarantee a specific commercial outcome from a campaign.
Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from a campaign is limited to the amount paid for that campaign. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
