Your flyers are inserted into newspapers at the press and delivered to readers' doorsteps the next morning.

A newspaper insertion is a pre-printed advertising flyer, leaflet, or brochure that is physically placed inside a newspaper before delivery. When readers open their paper, they find your ad - making it impossible to ignore. Unlike digital ads, insertions cannot be skipped or blocked.

Choose A2 (33cm x 53cm) for maximum visual impact and mass reach campaigns like real estate launches or political campaigns. Choose A4 for premium brand positioning with glossy finish - ideal for automobiles, healthcare, and education. All our prices include printing, physical insertion into newspapers, and transportation/logistics. GST is charged extra. A2 starts at Rs 2/paper, A4 at Rs 1.50/paper (90 GSM), and A5 at Rs 1.20/paper (90 GSM). Higher GSM options for A4/A5 are available at increased pricing.

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) across all formats is 50,000 copies. Orders below 50,000 are possible but at a higher per-unit cost. Contact us for a customized quote based on your campaign requirements.

Yes! We offer zone-wise and pin code-level targeting in all 30 cities. You can select specific areas, neighbourhoods, or pin codes where your insertions will be distributed. This ensures you only pay for the geography that matters to your business.

We recommend adding QR codes, unique phone numbers, or special offer codes to your insert design. This allows you to directly track responses. Our team can help you set up tracking mechanisms for maximum campaign accountability.

We accept print-ready PDF files in CMYK colour mode at 300 DPI resolution. If you do not have a design ready, our in-house team can help create one for an additional fee. Contact us for design support.

We recommend placing orders at least 7-10 working days before your desired insertion date. This allows time for printing, quality checks, bundling, and dispatch to the newspaper press. Rush orders may be possible at an additional cost.
